Are there any regular closing days?

We do not have fixed closing days, but please note that we may close once a month for maintenance.

Is there a time limit for using the facility?
A

No, there is no time limit. Please feel free to relax and enjoy your time without worry.

Can I stay overnight?
A

No. Our business hours are from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM (last entry at 10:30 PM). Overnight stays are not available.

Do I get a discount on admission as an app member?
A

No, we’re sorry. Admission fees are the same for both members and non-members, on weekdays and weekends.

Can I return my prepaid admission tickets (coupon book)?
A

We’re sorry, but we do not accept any returns, exchanges, or compensation for prepaid tickets once purchased.
If there is a price revision, additional charges may apply when using older tickets.

Do prepaid tickets have an expiration date?
A

No, they do not have a specific expiration date and can be used anytime.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?
A

We kindly ask that you do not bring any food or beverages into the facility.

From what age can children use the bath?
A

Children under the age of 6 are not allowed in the bathing area.
Children aged 6 and above may use the changing and bathing areas.
The restaurant is open to guests of all ages. Please inform the front desk if you are using the restaurant only.

Can I bathe with my child?
A

Mixed bathing is not permitted for children aged 7 and over or those taller than 120 cm.
Guests (regardless of age) who are still wearing diapers or training pants are not allowed to enter the changing or bathing areas.

I have a small tattoo, not a large one. Can I still enter?
A

We’re sorry, but entry is not permitted for guests with tattoos or body art, regardless of size.

Bath Area – Frequently Asked Questions

Are all the baths using natural hot spring water?
A

Not all. Our natural hot spring water is available in the rock bath and Japanese-style bath in the outdoor area, as well as the cypress indoor baths for both men and women.

Can I visit without bringing anything?
A

Yes. Towels and indoor wear are available for rent.
You are also welcome to bring your own towels if you prefer.

Are razors and toothbrushes available?
A

Yes. They are available for purchase via vending machines in the changing area.
Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided free of charge in the bathing area.

Can I bring a drink into the bath area?
A

Yes, but only bottled beverages purchased within our facility are allowed.
We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing in milk in glass bottles or drinks in cartons.

Can I use wireless earphones, smartwatches, or a Kindle in the bathing area?
A

No. For safety, hygiene, privacy, and bathing etiquette reasons, the use of all electronic devices is strictly prohibited in the changing and bathing areas.

What amenities are available in the powder rooms?
A

In the women’s powder room, we provide makeup remover, toner, moisturizer, cotton swabs, tissues, a hair dryer, and a hairbrush — all available free of charge.
In the men’s powder room, you’ll find hand soap, hair tonic, aftershave lotion, cotton swabs, tissues, a hair dryer, and a hairbrush, also complimentary for all guests.

Can I use my own hair dryer or hair iron?
A

Yes. In the women’s powder room, you may use your own hair dryer or hair iron at the designated outlets equipped with safety sockets.

Restaurant – Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use the restaurant without using the bath facility?
A

Yes. If you inform the front desk upon arrival, you may use the restaurant only.
On weekdays, we offer a special lunch menu between 11:30 AM and 2:00 PM.
Please note, however, that restaurant-only use is not available on weekends and public holidays.

Can I reserve a table at the restaurant?
A

We’re sorry, but we do not accept table reservations.
Seating reservations are only available for guests booking banquet plans.

Are there any private rooms?
A

No, we do not have private rooms.
However, we offer a variety of seating options, including counter seats, table seats, and tatami-style floor seating with sunken kotatsu tables for groups of four or six.
The tatami seating areas are divided by bamboo blinds for added privacy.

Is there parking available?
A

Yes. We share a parking lot with the adjacent Tokyo Swimming Center, with 88 spaces available.
Guests using SAKURA can park free for up to 2 hours. After that, a fee of ¥200 per 30 minutes applies.
If you spend ¥3,000 or more, you receive 4 hours free; with ¥5,000 or more, parking is free all day.

Do you provide indoor wear for relaxation?
A

Yes. Comfortable indoor wear is available for rent at a fee of ¥450.

Can I bathe while wearing a bath cover or bathing garment?
A

Yes, but only rental bath covers provided by our facility may be worn in the bathing area.

Is there a place where my whole family can relax together?
A

Yes. The lobby lounge on the 1st floor and the relaxation area on the 2nd floor are open to all guests, regardless of gender, and are suitable for families.

What payment methods do you accept?
A

We accept cash, public transportation IC cards, credit cards (some with contactless payment), as well as PayPay, iD, and QUICPay electronic payments.

Do you have free Wi-Fi?
A

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available. However, please note that the use of mobile phones and other communication devices is not permitted in the changing rooms or bathing areas.
