Important Notes for Guests Receiving Treatments

Guests who may not be eligible for body care, scrubs, esthetic treatments, or Thai Traditional Massage:
Those experiencing extreme fatigue or weakness.
Those with heart or lung conditions accompanied by a weak and rapid pulse.
Those with a fever, or feeling heavy and sluggish.
Those with skin inflammation or extensive skin conditions.
Those with injuries such as sprains, bruises, dislocations, or whiplash.
Those who have recently undergone surgery.
Those who are intoxicated.
Pregnant guests or those who may be pregnant.

Areas where treatments cannot be provided:
Areas with severe inflammation (redness, pain, heat, swelling).
Areas with pus or risk of infection.
Areas with skin damage or that bruise or bleed easily.
Areas with implanted medical devices.

Health considerations for guests:
If you are menstruating, have high blood pressure, are feeling unwell, have allergies, are under medical treatment, are taking medication, have consumed alcohol, have sensitive skin, have had surgery, or have had serious injuries in the past, please inform us when making your reservation. In some cases, we may not be able to provide your desired treatment.

On the day of treatment, please avoid receiving body care on an extremely empty or full stomach, or after consuming alcohol, as this may place strain on your body. If you feel unwell during your treatment, please inform your therapist immediately.

We are not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to valuables or personal belongings.
