When entering our facility, we ask that you strictly observe the following rules
- Guests with tattoos (regardless of size), members of organized crime groups, or those who are intoxicated will not be admitted.
- The use of any electronic devices is prohibited in the changing rooms and bathing areas.
Photography and video recording are also prohibited throughout the facility, except in the 1st floor lobby lounge and restaurant. - Guests who are not toilet-trained will not be permitted to bathe.
Changing rooms and bathing areas are not available for such guests. - Pets are not allowed.
- Bringing in outside food or drinks is not permitted.
Please place your footwear in a shoe locker.
Please complete the admission procedure at the reception.
※Please keep all keys with you.
In case of loss of any key, a deposit of ¥3,000 will be charged. Please take care not to lose your key.
Luggage that does not fit in the locker can be stored at the front desk.
Please store valuables in the valuables locker. We cannot be held responsible for any theft or loss within the facility.
Guests using the parking lot, please present your parking ticket at the front desk when leaving.
Smoking is prohibited inside the facility. Please use the designated smoking areas.
Please place umbrellas in the umbrella stand or leave them at the front desk. We cannot be held responsible for any theft or loss.
Our facility uses a post-payment system with IC wristbands.
The IC wristband
The IC wristband can be used as a locker key.
The wristband number is not linked to the locker number, so you may use any locker you like.
If you forget your locker number, please ask a nearby staff member.
If you forget the location of your locker or are unsure how to use it, please contact a nearby staff member.
To perform the operation again, hold the wristband over the touch panel.
To prevent loss, please keep the wristband on your wrist while operating.
We have vending machines for canned and bottled drinks, milk, and amenity goods. All purchases can be made with your wristband.
For milk and amenity goods vending machines:
When the OK lamp lights up, enter the number of the product you want.
For canned and bottled drink vending machines:
When the OK lamp lights up, enter the number of the product you want.
We will ask for the number of guests and whether you prefer a table seat or tatami seating.
All seats are non-smoking.
Please have your wristband (restaurant use card) ready.
On weekdays, the restaurant can be used without using other facilities. In that case, we will provide you with a “restaurant use card.”
※Please place your order using the wristband of the person who will be paying.
※Payment will be made per wristband or per restaurant use card.
Even if you are only using the restaurant, you must complete the admission procedure at the front desk.
Please inform a staff member when you are ready to check out.
When leaving, please return your wristband to the front desk.
We will process payment for the services you have used.
※Transportation IC cards, credit cards (some support contactless payment), PayPay (barcode payment), iD, and QUICPay (electronic money) are accepted.
